 Recruiting & Placement Recruiting & Placement Package $1,500
Less than HALF the traditional agency fee, yet MORE than double the value in quality service. We manage the entire recruiting/hiring process.


This package includes:
  • Registration to perm and temp placement services.
  • Initial consultation (one hour).
  • 15 hours of dedicated recruiting service.
  • One multi-state Criminal Background check.
  • Recommendations on resources for payroll/tax and insurance questions.
  • Essential employment documents (e.g., employment contract, job description, performance evaluation and more.
  Recruiting & Placement Package for Return Customers $1,250
Returning Nanny Pros clients qualify for a reduced rate. If you have been a client in the last twelve months, this discount applies.


This package includes all of the features in the regular priced package above.

 Training and Coaching Training and Coaching $250
Whether you are 30, 90, or 180 days into your working relationship - training and coaching aids to set professional boundaries, ensure duties are clearly defined and the lines of communication are open.


This package includes:
  • One hour session (each) with the family and the nanny, in-home.
  • 30 min. follow up with both the family and the nanny.
